After a full trial run of typsetting, bibliography, indexing, final dvi, and to pdf; evoking MS Quickshelf 2000 to look up a word resulting in a v6 beta fault.
Since v6 was going to close on this fault, I ran debugging to the first level with the MS Visual C++ environment yielding
Unhandeld exception in pctexv6.exe: 0x0000005: Access Violation

Can you describe more of what was happening between PCTeX and MS Quickshelf. That's odd that PCTeX would fault with no interaction. Let us know if this happens again, along with any other symptoms.Bruce.Filgate wrote:There did not appear to be any interaction at the user level between Quickshelf and PCTeX.
