Just after short testing:

A couple of papers where mathtime pro was used before
compiled Ok, looks Ok too.

\notin good;
zswash works, looks good.

\sim symbol looks strange in super- or subscript
as 10pt base size is used
(as a white small \sim symbol inside a black "background"
wave-like figure of size of a normal symbol).

If needed, I'll send a screenshot.

P.S. Just checked: the same bad-looking \sim
occurs in the previous mathtime version (not II);
the adobe ps interpreter in HP LJ 4MP gives
the same, oddly looking result.

I can confirm that; it's visible also with GSView.
The \sim symbol is broken in the font MT2SYS.
(In MT2SYT and MT2SYF it's ok.)

Sorry about that! I've just sent a new mt2sys.pfb to PCTeX.
