I have observed on two machines under Windows XP running PCTeX 6.0 Professional Build Oct. 17, 2007, that when a dvi file is exported to pdf, font size is made smaller. This causes misformatting as margins get larger and the pdf file that gets made is essentially unusuable.

Is there a way to prevent this from happenning? Is there an option somewhere to make PCTeX maintain the font size and type?

Perhaps someone has observed that behavior and knows a solution to this problem.

Thanks.

Update to Beta version dated January 4, 2008. If the .dvi file is exported
via PDF button in View; I see no difference between the two.
