The Lucida(R) fonts and the lucimatx macros were first released by PCTeX in mid-December 2005. The Lucida fonts are licensed from Bigelow & Holmes and the lucimatx macros were developed for PCTeX by Walter Schmidt. For more information see http://pctex.com/Lucida_Fonts.html
