Some testers reported missing cmex7, cmex8, and cmex9 fonts.
If you install the cmex package they will be available.
To install cmex, choose Settings..Packages..Use Web Repo, highlight
cmex in the available list and click Install. |

The cmex.tpm package file downloaded today (2006/12/12) didn't help; no wonder since part of its code reads:
...
<TPM:Date>2005/07/08 18:29:50</TPM:Date>
<TPM:Creator>rahtz</TPM:Creator>
...
<TPM:RunFiles size="106962">
texmf-dist/fonts/map/dvips/cmex/ttcmex.map
texmf-dist/fonts/type1/public/cmex/fmex7.pfb
texmf-dist/fonts/type1/public/cmex/fmex8.pfb
texmf-dist/fonts/type1/public/cmex/fmex9.pfb
texmf-dist/tpm/cmex.tpm
</TPM:RunFiles>
<TPM:Installation>
...
I presume the names of .pfb files should be cmex7.pfb, etc. |

This package should work OK, even with the fmex*.pfb files. The map file ttcmex.map shows:
Code: | cmex7 TeX-cmex7 <fmex7.pfb
cmex8 TeX-cmex8 <fmex8.pfb
cmex9 TeX-cmex9 <fmex9.pfb |
so that if you use a cmex* font in your document the corresponding fmex*.pfb font will be used when printed or displayed.
Did you find that this didn't work? If so, please provide a sample file. |
